Subject	How do I remove 93 300zx Dim-Turn Switch?

Message	Dim-Turn Switch failed inspection because it will not always switch between bright and dim headlights. Dealer says switch is bad and want to charge $600.00. How can I remove clean or replace switch myself? Do I need to remove steering wheel? Please help ASAP! Have 15 days before sticker expire in VA. Thanks in advance!
